• EUR Gift Cards purchased for Republic of Ireland can be redeemed at all TK Maxx and Homesense stores in the Republic of Ireland.
• EUR Gift Cards purchased for Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands can only be redeemed in TK Maxx stores in the country of issue.
• PLN Gift Cards purchased for Poland can be redeemed at all TK Maxx stores in Poland.

Q: How can I check my Gift Card balance?

A: Your balance can be obtained online click here, at any TK Maxx or Homesense store or by contacting Customer Services on +44 (0) 1344 988661.  PIN is required when checking the balance.

Q: Where do I find my Gift Card PIN number?

A: The 4 digit PIN number can be found on the reverse of the Gift Card underneath the scratch off panel. For digital Gift Cards, the PIN can be found on the PDF template.

Q: Are TK Maxx / Homesense Gift Cards reloadable?

A: Physical Gift Cards are reloadable, however digital Gift Cards are not.

A: No, TK Maxx and Homesense Gift Cards do not expire.

Q: What happens if my Gift Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

A: Please treat Gift Cards like cash. TK Maxx and Homesense cannot replace or reimburse the balance if the Card is lost, stolen or damaged.

Q: How many Gift Cards can I use during one transaction/purchase?

A: You can use up to 5 different Gift Cards during a single transaction as required but the same Gift Card cannot be used twice within the same transaction.
